It is also the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure that the article has all necessary institutional approvals. Only an acknowledgment from the editorial office officially establishes the date of receipt. Further correspondence and proofs will be sent to the author(s) before publication, unless otherwise indicated. It is a condition of submission that the authors permit editing of the manuscript for readability. All inquiries concerning the publication of accepted manuscripts should be addressed to ceo@positive-sciences.com.

Submission work to JPS will be firstly monitored by the available editor then upon positive impression of the editor (when work is found suitable for the journal), editor will divert the work to reviewer where blind review will be initiated. Author will be asked to revise the work in case of any requirements then work can be processed for the publication.

(c) Copyright and authors’ rights

Journal does not need to seek permission from authors to do various activities with the article (e.g. republish in an edited book, citation and abstraction of articles). Author is agreeing to transfer the copyright to the JPS in publishing of the submitted materials. However, Author will remain holding rights of the content in case other authors/researchers are willing to use some material alike datasets, codes, hardware and any material which is not included in the published article but was used to construct the article and frame the results. Peer review

In order for an article to be accepted for publication, the assigned Editor will first consider if the manuscript meets minimum editorial standards and fits within the scope of the journal. Decisions to reject are at the discretion of the Editor.

Appeals and Disputes

Only a small percentage of appeals of rejection decisions are considered successful, and even then only when you can back them up with compelling arguments or fresh information that allays the editor's and reviewers' worries. As journal policy concerns, appeals are handled less urgently than new submissions and could take several weeks, if not longer, to be resolved. Before attempting to persuade the editor to change their mind, make sure you have enough proof. Appeals must be rational arguments, not emotional ones. In the event that you decide to submit an appeal letter, you should Provide a detailed justification for your disagreement with the choice and any additional facts you'd like the editors to take into account. The information in your original submission or cover letter should not be repeated here. If the editors or reviewers have pointed out weaknesses in your article that you believe you can fix, please explain how you would accomplish this, such as by supplying more information. It is a good idea to have a backup plan in case the backup plan fails. If you think a reviewer was prejudiced or made a technical error in their evaluation of your paper, please include any proof to back up your claim.
