📝 Submission Agreement

By submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Positive Sciences (JPS), the author(s) agree to the following terms and conditions:

✅ 1. Originality and Prior Publication

• The submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere in any form or language.
• The work is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• All authors have approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to JPS.
• Any use of previously published material is properly acknowledged and cited.

👥 2. Authorship Responsibilities

• All listed authors have contributed significantly to the research.
• All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.
• The corresponding author takes responsibility for communicating with the journal.
• All authors agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work.
• Any changes to authorship must be approved by all authors and the editor.

⚖️ 3. Ethical Compliance

• Research involving human subjects has appropriate ethical approval.
• Research involving animals has appropriate ethical approval.
• Informed consent was obtained where required.
• No conflicts of interest exist that could influence the research.
• Any conflicts of interest have been disclosed.

• Authors retain copyright of their work.
• The work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
• JPS has the right to publish, distribute, and archive the work.
• Authors grant JPS the right to apply DOI to the work.
• Authors may share their work on institutional repositories and personal websites.

📊 5. Data and Materials Availability

• Authors agree to make data and materials supporting the research available if requested.
• Any restrictions on data sharing must be disclosed.
• Code and algorithms used in the research should be shared when possible.

⚠️ 6. Plagiarism and Misconduct

• The work is free from plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification.
• All sources are properly cited and attributed.
• Any misconduct will result in immediate rejection and potential ban.
• JPS reserves the right to retract published articles if misconduct is discovered.

• Authors agree to participate in the peer review process.
• Authors will respond to reviewer comments in a timely manner.

• The editor's decision is final.
